This Refund Policy explains how CrewLink AI by Aviation AI Solutions LLC ("CrewLinkAI") handles refunds for subscriptions and other paid features of the Service.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes operator subscriptions, pilot premium features, and other prepaid access.

2. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

You may cancel future renewals through your account or billing provider, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.

Verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions may be corrected with a refund or account credit at our discretion.
